ASOE Pipe-in Liner
Description
ASOE Pipe-in Liner is a non-structural liner constructed from Fabric Reinforced Flexible Plastic Pipe (FRFPP). There is no connection between the host pipe and the liner so that the liner works independently from the host pipe.
The liner is a little bit rigid and it will maintain its round shape inside the host pipes even without inside pressure or with little pressure from outside.
Pipe-in Liner is flexible and can easily be pulled from 45 degrees bends or of 90 degrees bend with a 5D radius.
Only coarse pipe cleaning is required before the installation when Pipe-in Liner trenchless pipe rehabilitation solutions are applied.
The installation method requires folding the Pipe-in Liner into a U-shape, before pulling it into the host pipe and expanding it. Once in place, it functions as a leakage-free liner within the host pipe.
Common applications
- Suitable water pressure pipes at normal temperatures: Water mains, fire mains, and rising mains ranging from DN50-DN1400.
- Potable water: ASOE Pipe-in Liner with SPAN approval for potable pipes and drinking water systems.
